Description:

Presented RandD project offers brand new material for production of abrasive tools, eg. Blocks, wheels and similar. New hi-tech material with comparable properties like current products is made moreover out of waste sources and it price is therefore much lower (50%). New bond will firstly allow the use of abrasive grit received from waste product. Low curing temperature causes lowering the production costs and it also enables the manufacturer to add organic additives to make brand new products that will fulfill unsatisfied demand. In comparison with current technologies, where high curing temperatures for ceramic bond do not allow tuning of final parameters, this new bond represents significant innovative step.
