Description:

In the framework of the project COST 625 and the project of the Czech Grant Agency No. 205/06/1828 the net for mikro-displacements on tectonic structures was set. Current results of the monitoring leads to important results about recent tectonic movements. Monitored displacements can be divide to 2 basic groups - long-term creep and short-term impulses. Micro-displacements occured during so call impulses can be parallel with registered local earthquakes. The goal of the project is continuation in monitoring of micro-displacements and their time-development analyses, to receive more detail knowledge about recent tectonic activity.
