Stanka Šebela, Karst Research Institute, Postojna, Slovenia

Description:

The principal project goal is monitoring of active tectonic structures on karst. Understanding how and where cave passages (active and non-active) occur helps to determine underground water paths in karst and characteristics of karst drainage. Active tectonics influences development of recent karst geomorphology and also recent still active underground water passages.
