Development, optimization and application of chromatographic and electrophoretic methods (especially HPLC and SDS-PAGE) focusing on the analysis of proteins and their fragments in biological material, processing of complex biological samples, preparation and chemical characterization of composite biomaterials based on natural polymers (especially collagen) with potential use in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
